Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Leave all used beds unmade

Place all used towels in washing machine and start load

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A security deposit hold of $300 to be processed on guest credit card by host prior to arrival and released post-departure pending no damages.

No bachelor or bachelorette parties. No pets. Must be 24.

A Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hrs of creating your booking.

It was very clean and set up well for visitors. The building was beside the smaller pool (but also still close to the water park) and we took advantage of it! It was a great temp as I was afraid it would be freezing! The building was quiet and our condo was very comfortable. Plenty of seating for our group and comfy beds. We could not have asked for more. Carpet looked to be new, too. Impressed with how quickly our host responded when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.
