We enjoyed the rental. We felt it was represented correctly, and we where taken by its charm. The neighborhood was great, and Jack was a great host. Would recommend it to anyone. We look forward to staying there again when we are in the area.

Nicely remodeled, comfortable and close to everything!
A group of friends and I recently stayed here for a wedding and the house was great! The house was clean and comfortable and was a short drive to multiple hot spots in Buffalo. Only negative was that we only had 4 towels between the 5 of us, so we had to do laundry just to take showers. But even with that, this place was still an excellent choice and we were all extremely please with it!

Our Stay in Buffalo for family wedding
The location was excellent for us compared to where our relatives resided. It was very nice to have our own driveway to park our vehicle so as not to be parked on street. Little hard to get used to one way streets. For my family it was ideal for us to stay here because our family was very close and our seven day schedule was planned in advance. Basically the neighborhood was quiet and we were not bothered by anyone or anything. We did not use the air conditioner but could see the need as the summer gets hotter. Since this is a new listing on VRBO, there were some suggestions that were related to the owner. All in all, we were pleased with our accommodations and are happy to recommend to others. Note, the website title "New Renovated" can be misleading. If you are a reality show watcher, the renovations are not what you would expect as far as up to the year 2018. But, having said that, we all make our vacations what we want them to be!!!!

Never again
I rented a house so I can spend some time with my son who attends college in Buffalo.
Our first impression was that the house looked nothing like in the pictures. The house is very old, the floors are creeking, everything shakes and there was a strange smell inside the house.
When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the house, there were dirty clothes in the dish washer, the dishes were poorly washed, and there was hair in the bathtub.
The bedsheets and the towels gave off a bad smell. The biggest disappointment was the backyard, which was the reason we chose this house. There was building material all over the place and it was difficult to move around. This was by far the worst experience with renting houses I’ve ever had.

The guest caused issues at the property. Would never host again.
This house worked out very well for my buisness stay, I liked that it has a driveway, and I did not have to deal with Buffalo Street parking issues.
Large space, well worth the price for me.
My first time in Buffalo so I wasn’t familiar with the neighborhood. It is an older neighborhood but a quiet one. House was very clean but has the old house smell that is a little off putting. Only real complaint is the bunk bed room. I am 5’2” and tried to sleep on the bottom bunk. My feet touched the back rail and the entire bunk bed structure was not secure. Needs to be tightened up, a lot. I called it the coffin. Slept on the couch instead.
The property was great, clean, comfortable. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. I will say, I wanted some hot pads for taking things out of the oven I had to use a bath cloth lol. And the people across the street had pretty big parties two nights in a row. I know the owner can't really help that, it is the only issue I had though!
Some friends and I went up for Bills game. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. House was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a group just hanging out. Jack was great very reliable easy to keep in contact with.

Charming house with quirks
First off I have to say Jack the property manager is helpful and communicates well.
The house has everything you would need. They have a cleaning crew that comes so that crew doesn’t check things like, coffee pots that are broken, sheets that are ripped. The house is old and has things that quirks that are charming, creeky stairs and old plaster.
The kitchen is set up nice and the bathrooms are workable. The downstairs one has a door on the floor that goes to the basement that is creepy and not as secure as I would have liked. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice size.

Thanks Alanna for your review. We did not know of the two issues about the broken coffee pot . We tried to arrange time to get it replaced but we did not hear from you. We would have taken care of it right away. As far as the door to the basement it is original door and not for use by the guest.
There were four of us staying here for the weekend. The house was quaint and comfortable. I would definitely reccomend staying here. Jack was easy to cimmunicate with.
Property is in a fairly quiet unpretentious neighborhood of older homes. This property has some older home quirks...uneven floors, steep staircase, mere inches from adjacent property. That said, it was quiet, clean, very well equiped and comfortable. We found a car to be essential but thats just us!

Older Home in Buffalo's West side
We had a little mix-up on the check in day. I booked it wrong, so when my son's family arrived at 1:00 AM from the airport, there was no key to enter. It hadn't been cleaned, but Jack hurried over to help them check in with some cleaned sheets and towels. He sent over the cleaners also the next two days to make sure things were ok for us.
It all turned out OK. It is an older home. Jack was very accommodating.

We loved this house.
This house is the best place anyone can stay in Buffalo. The house is big, organized, clean, beautiful and it's10-15 minutes walk to park and border to see Canada. Jack was so nice with me and my family and we felt like we were home. He came to check on us to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. The neighboor is quiet and safe. The price for this house is great and you all won't believe it . If I could give 1000 starts or more for this house I will. If I'm going back to Buffalo I will book this house again. Me and my family we loved it, and I'm sure everyone will as well.
