The house was very clean. The host was very attentive. The location to University of Tampa was excellent overall we were very happy. The only thing we were concerned with was the parking behind the house as it is a very small and narrow entrance.

This is a great stay. The area is amazing. The hosts are so kind and responsive. If you’re looking for a getaway in a great neighborhood of Tampa, this is a fantastic place! It is walkable to local restaurants and shopping.

Clean property in interesting neighborhood. The street address is deceiving as it is only a lane not used by cars with navigable streets on either side. This was not detailed in info other than to say park behind the house. UBER driver went round and round until I spotted the yellow house seen from across the neighbor’s property on the bordering street! Might be helpful to mention that.

Great attention to detail from the host! The house is located near several shops and restaurants within walking distance! It’s less than ten minutes away from the Tampa Convention Center

The location is perfect and the bedding comfy. The house was clean. I do caution though that the parking is rough. Depending on how the two neighbors park it can be very difficult to pull in and out. The clawfoot tub, although charming is very high and could be dangerous for anyone with mobility or flexibility or balance challenges. All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
