This luxurious 4 Villas complex is located on Bell Channel Waterway in Lucaya. Each 4 bedroom 2 story unit has 3 1/2 baths, an office, garage, and views from all windows overlooking the Waterway. For boaters there are deep water slips available for lease and the docks are only minutes to the turquoise Bahamian sea. Scarborough is Bahamian canal living at its finest and a must see if you are looking for tastefully designed condominium with boat dockage and centrally located.

Wonderful Stay

We've stayed in the Bahamas for years and this was easily one of our favorite places to stay. The condo is well equipped, huge, comfortable, CLEAN and convenient to all the activities. The host (Gilles) is always available and helpful and really interested in his guests having the best time and best accomodations. We had the best time with our kids, parents and friends. Would return any time!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great location!!!! So convenient!

This townhouse was perfect for our needs and our family of 10! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and a bathroom. The dock was within steps of our unit and we could easily load and unload our groceries and gear each day. The best part is there’s plenty of dock space and it’s included. Just be aware that the hot water knobs in the showers are opposite!!! I had to take a cold shower the first night. Until I figured out the hot is on the opposite side.The A/C worked well it’s was chilly and non humid. And the place smelled clean! We cooked in the kitchen and it was well stocked with spices, appliances, utensils and serving dishes! Will definitely stay here again.

Awesome location, owner, and family friendly floorplan

We were very surprised to pull up to the rental unit to meet the property owner there to greet us! What a nice owner, very accomodating and wanting to ensure we had a great experience. He even offered to drive us to the grocery store!! I highly recommend this location, especially if you are there by boat. We were pleased with the home, amenities, and the overall safety of the boat, equipment and security. The home was well equiped and very modern and sterile. More than expected and we hope to return next year on our way back from the Abacos. Thank you Gilles!!

Excellent Property and Incredible Owners

Gilles and Tatiana are TOP NOTCH! We just left from staying at this condo and we simply can’t say enough good things about it. We came on our boat and the boat slip was literally 20 steps from our door. The grounds are beautifully kept. Gilles was fully available for anything we needed at any time. He was super helpful in showing us around the property and amenities, showed us where the nearby stores were, and was truly the reason our stay went so smoothly. The pool is the perfect size, with lounge chairs and outdoor dining seating available. The condo itself was SO clean. Up to date appliances. Stocked with kitchen tools (cutlery, bowls, pans etc.) The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Easily slept our party of 9. Super convenient location to everything by boat and car. If you are coming to Freeport, this is a must!

Fishing out of Lucaya, Freeport Grand Bahamas

We have been to other places in the Bahamas for fishing and over night stays. This was the BEST!! Gilles the owner met us upon arrival and was so very helpful and just a nice person!! The Townhouse was ideal, perfect for our group of 7. Large freezer in the garage, Very very clean, all supplies were on site, cooking utensils, liens, towels etc. Dock with water & shore power was few steps from our porch which made it so convenient. Deep dockage 12' at lowtide. We would recommend this to anyone and especially with a boat
