This Slopeside Ski-out condo is the perfect home base for your trip to Snowshoe Ski Resort. Whether you’re winding down after a day of adventure or just enjoying the scenic views, this space offers comfort and convenience. The Powderidge Lift is only 110 yards away! Guests will find the cozy one bedroom with a queen bed and a living room featuring a pull out sofa queen size bed for extra sleeping space – sleeps a total of 4 comfortably. The bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub. One level fully furnished and equipped kitchen with stove range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (drip). Wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer in unit, internet, TV. Rear deck overlooking mountain and woods. Parking immediately outside. There are stairs to front door. Firewood available in outside parking lot structure.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Please close and lock all doors and windows when leaving - Leave thermostats at 60 degrees when leaving in order to prevent pipes from freezing
- Remove/throw away any remaining personal items in Fridge - Take out all trash (dumpster in parking lot) - Load and start dishwasher before leaving
- Make sure any fireplace fires are put out and the damper is closed (pushed forward)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
