Great access to the lagoon. There was some confusion with the garage not being connected to the property. A code to the garage would have been very helpful. As well as new batteries in the remotes and lightbulbs in bedside lamps. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Had a great stay at the North Shore Villa. The layout of the condo was perfect for our group and our teens loved the onsite amenities. Host was helpful and responsive.

Awesome property that is very close to the lagoon. Everything was great the only thing that wasn’t working was the patio hanging lights. It was very dark during the night but other than that it was an enjoyable time! Will book again in the future!

We loved our stay! Our host was so easy to work with and very helpful. The location was perfect, a short little walk across the street to lagoon and pool. The garage had all the fun toys you would want or need to enjoy the water AND a beach wagon to pull it all with. The beds were comfortable and the home was a perfect set up for a family gathering! Our entire family kept saying how we want to plan another trip and stay at the same place. It was lovely. Thank you so much for making it a pleasant experience. We made some very fun memories as a family there. So grateful!

House was furnished great, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Great location to the lagoon, very short walk across the street. The listing or instructions could be a little more clear, that there at two units for the address. This unit is the separate house behind the garage. Instructions on how to get to the front door would be helpful. Also, we had quite the problem with cockroaches out on the porch at night, but they responded promptly and I know in the St George climate, bugs really thrive. That was very disappointing, but I trust this will be taken care of and we would definitely pick this house again.

Hi Jake,I wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay! The kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the floor plan worked out perfectly for my family. I truly appreciated being able to bring my dogs, and having a small fenced yard was a huge plus.The hot tub was the cleanest I've ever seen in a VRBO, and it was such a treat to relax in it. I typically do not get in them. The short walk to the Lagoon and pool was ideal for our daily/evening outings.Customer service was exceptional and so were the Crumble Cookies that were waiting on the kitchen island upon our arrival. Overall, I loved everything about our stay and hope to come back very soon.Thanks again for a fantastic and memorable experience!Jennifer
