3 Bedroom very modern apartment. Right off Avenida Poblado and calle 8. 3 blocks from Park Lleras with all the restaurants and the bars. 24 Transportation, supermarket right around corner, and ATM machines.

Super beautiful kitchen, everyone has there own bathroom, huge water heater from the US. Flat Screens in every room. Ceiling fans throughout, WiFi, washer dryer. Little balcony on calle 8. Hot Tub in a private room. The apartment is very long, and two bedrooms are in the rare and so very quiet. But you can easily walk into Park Lleras and all the fun stuff that is there, bars, clubs, restaurants, shops. Sleeps 6. Guests are free. All they need is ID.

This place was perfect. Location couldn’t have been better. Host was very attentive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this place if you’re traveling to Medellín!

Good: Clean rooms, abundance of towels, has washer and dryer(very convenient), close to everything, responsive host and maintenance. Was able to have guest meet here and go to local attractions and restaurants. Bad: There was a dog either nearby or in the building which barked early in the morning for about 20 minutes each morning around 7am-8amThe rear toilet water connection was turned off, simply turned the knob and that fixed it. Contacted the maintenance person and he was ready to fix it within 20-30 minutes but it was an easy turn of knob. Overall: Will definitely book here again in future!

Safe, Clean, perfect location

The house has outdoor cameras, and one looking at the front door. They monitor these cameras for your safety. We felt totally at ease in the house. There were several phone numbers and emails for us to use in case of maintenance problems, we never used them. The house is big and gave plenty of space for all of us. We knew the neighborhood was was going to be loud at night, so we brought earplugs. We were in walking distance of restaurants, night clubs, grocery stores, etc. We always felt totally safe in the neighborhood. We went to the corner store for coffee and pastries every morning. We found a farmers market a few blocks away. There were also tents set up with locals selling handmade items. The Indian restaurant across the street is really good! We will definitely stay at this house again.

Owner is terrible speaker uses offensive vocabulary

I had very bad experience with owner responses he uses offensive vocabulary, when I complained about spiders, about getting water inside when rains, I had to leave property sooner than expected due to his responses, be careful when renting properties with this owner Barry You will be recreated, there are many properties around to book.

The client on day 13 of 14 made up a laundry list of things to try and get a free vacation and I had the nerve to call him on it..Normally if he told me day 3 I hate this spot I refund him or move him....Day 13 is someone who is looking for a free vacation. When I told him I planned not to refund him anything he told me he be writing this. His issues(He saw a spider web) internet was down one day from une he claims the water wasn't hot but the HVAC people informed us nothing was wrong. Anyone that waits to day 13 to say something is trying to pull something...Sorry I called him on it I would do it again....Before you think that this might not be the place for you...It's been online for 10 years. 2 blocks from lleras. Can have guests with ID no charge. Hot tub, wifi, washer dryer, security and balacony....sounds horrible to me 2....He left sooner then expected? day 13 he left of a 14 day stay so he can try and cement a sympathy refund from the company. One last thing Day 9 he did contact me to ask for a place for another month....If we are soooooo horrible then why ask to spend another month with us? When he didn't like the prices we offered we never heard back from him until day 13. Why would you ask for another month if we are this bad?

Poblado Vacation

We had a fantastic time in Medellin! This property is in the best location for all the action. Walk to restaurants, shopping, bars and night clubs and for the gamblers 20 minute walk or $2 cab ride to three casinos. I like Hollywood Casino the best. I second the recommendation for the Indian Restaurant across the street also Zorbas next door. We had buffet breakfast at the Park Royal hotel around the corner every day. Do try the sports massage place near the Park Royal for one of the best massages you will ever have. Great Sushi Restaurant near Gustos as well. Make sure you bring the exact credit card you used for your deposit to aid in check in. Very safe area we walked every where at all hours. Apartment has a full kitchen with news appliances and plenty of on demand hot water.

The apto is very nice but the upstairs room uses the same water heater and it is very loud

The apto is nice and walking distance from the amazing lleras but if you tray to contact the owner don't spectate a person that can help you he now nothing about customers services and have a guy working that came knocking like he was a cop very rude and mad cop asking for id because he was watching the cameras and he saw people coming in and out from an apartment that it is for 6 people. What a brain, obviously is going to be people going in and out

Here’s the issue. They had girls over without ID. You can’t have anyone over without ID it’s presumed there underage. And just in reverse they were so rude about us checking when we saw what looked like minors enter our building. They refused to show ID. They instead left to go to the bars. This review by him was left because we had the audescity to proof what looked like underage people.
