Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also enjoy the spacious fenced backyard, driveway parking, laundry area, and all amenities provided throughout the home. The space is private and exclusively yours during your stay, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat close to Bradenton’s beautiful beaches.

Please note: The dryer is currently not working at this time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we work on getting it repaired as quickly as possible. The washer is still available for guest use.

★FL Weather★

We are not responsible for FL weather changes / delays leading up to and during your reservation. In the event of a storm, our cancellation policy stands. Please purchase Travel Insurance.



★HEATED POOL★

The pool is heated and set to maintain a comfortable temperature of 80–85°F, making it ideal for year-round enjoyment. However, please note that during the cooler winter months, outside weather conditions can impact the pool’s ability to feel consistently warm.



Factors such as low air temperatures, wind, and rainfall can cause the water to feel cooler and may slow the heating process, especially overnight. While the heater will be running as intended, the pool may not feel as warm as it does during warmer seasons.



★BUGS & CRITTERS★

Please be aware that this is Florida. If you don't want bugs, mosquito's, spiders, snakes, armadillos, lizards, iguanas, raccoons, palmetto bugs, deer and/or cockroaches in the house, please do not leave the door open. We do not give refunds for bug and/or animals found in or outside the property. We do have a monthly pest service in place. We can at anytime have dangerous animals located on this property.



★Dryer Notice★

Please note: The dryer is currently not working at this time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we work on getting it repaired as quickly as possible. The washer is still available for guest use.



★IMPORTANT★

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $37 on time fee, for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
