Guest Access:

Self check-in with an access code. We send you a personal code so you can arrive on your own schedule (within the established hours) with no waiting; we do not keep permanent staff on site. We stay reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

Set in the tranquil Bahia Petempich, Arenika offers a beachfront escape defined by serenity and stunning natural beauty. The studio is a stone's throw from the beach, with effortless access to soft sand and turquoise water.



The immediate area is peaceful and secluded, ideal for total disconnection. For more lively dining and entertainment, Puerto Morelos and Cancun are a short drive away, and the region's famous cenotes and reefs are easy to explore. Please note: shops and restaurants are not within walking distance, so a car is essential.



Getting Around:

Although secluded, the property is well connected. A private vehicle (rental car or your own) is essential here, as shops and restaurants are not reachable on foot; on-site parking is available.



- Cancun International Airport (CUN): approx. 20-minute drive

- Puerto Morelos town: short drive for restaurants, shops and the reef

- Taxis and local buses are available for exploring Cancun and the Riviera Maya

- ADO bus terminal in Cancun connects to other destinations in the region



Other Things to Note:

Guest registration: before arrival we will request a photo of an official ID for each guest staying at the property and a signed copy of the condominium regulations. This keeps a good relationship with neighbors and complies with building rules.



Pest prevention: the condominium is fumigated periodically. Due to the humid climate and surrounding vegetation, small insects such as ants may occasionally appear. Please avoid leaving food out of the refrigerator to help prevent this.



Cleaning & amenities: your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities. Extra cleaning or restocking during the stay is available for an additional cost.



Air conditioning: for proper operation, keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is on and do not set it below 21C.
