***Please review ALL Home Rules prior to booking. We monitor and hold these rules to maintain this home in its best condition, maintain the highest quality of your stay, and to be respectful to our amazing neighbors and neighborhood community!!***

*By booking you agree to all of the following rules.*

- No smoking, vaping, or drug use on property — inside or outside. ($1,000 fine if discovered)

- Parties are NOT allowed at this property - no exceptions. This includes loud music. Quiet Hours are 9PM - 8AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. ($1,000 fine if discovered)

- No pets are allowed at this property. (Violation of this rule will result in a $300 fine per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.)

- No unregistered overnight guests or visitors. Children are considered guests and must be included on your reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. (Violation of this rule will result in a $200 fine per person per night)

- No package/mail delivery to the home. You may deliver items to a local FedEx/UPS. We can not help you retrieve delivered or lost mail, and are not held responsible for any lost or stolen deliveries. DoorDash, Instacart, etc., are allowed.

- The following activities are prohibited without the written consent of the Host and will incur location fees: filming, professional photography, coordinated events or parties, miscellaneous commercial activities, music recording, or endeavors which typically incur a location expense beyond lodging. Please contact the Host for location fees.

- Guests are responsible for damaged or missing items. Property and all furnishings are to remain in good order. Household Inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectful level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home.
Lost/damaged remotes: $200 each
Stained towels/sheets or missing inventory: 2x replacement cost

- Unapproved late checkout will incur a fee of $100/hr. Checkout is at 10 AM.

- No daily housekeeping is provided.

- Long-term stays (30+ days) may request deep cleaning for $300.

- There are 2 exterior security cameras — none face inside. Tampering will result in termination of your stay without a refund.

- The host is not responsible for parking tickets or any violations. Street parking is permit only. Please use the 2 FREE spots in the driveway. Guests are responsible for all parking tickets or law violations.
