Southern Utah is waiting for you at this 5-bedroom house. Located in a quiet community close to the freeway, you are close to golf courses, OHV trails, playing fields, and hiking/biking trails. We are 50 min from Zion National Park and 20 min from Sand Hollow. Inside, guests find a tremendous space featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and a loft upstairs with foosball and a Nintendo Switch. There is a private community pickleball court next to the pool with a slide, lazy river, hot tubs, and a splash pad. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this spacious, well stocked home provides a welcoming atmosphere. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house.
