Welcome to our newly built luxury retreat nestled in the heart of a serene forest. This home offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the private front or back patio, smoking a delicious meal in our outdoor smoker, or simply soaking in the peaceful woodland views, unwind by the warmth of a real wood-burning fireplace in the cozy living room. The fenced pool makes it a haven for your pets, so feel free to bring them along for the adventure.
The Property:
Situated on a sprawling 19.59-acre estate, this home includes 3.25 acres of private land within a quiet subdivision. Tucked far behind the main house and accessed via a long driveway off the main road, it offers exceptional privacy and tranquility. You’re welcome to explore the surrounding forest trails and immerse yourself in nature. The closest neighbor is 800 feet away. Hunting is possible for an additional fee. There are 2 deer stands on the property. Scenic hiking trails lead to nearby waterfalls, while the cities of Tullahoma and Manchester come alive at night with vibrant music events and local entertainment
Villa accessible with keypad code and with 40 feet long pool, 8 feet deep with diving board, 2 bedrooms, spacious living room with fireplace, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer facility, full kitchen with all amenities. You will see plenty of wildlife on the property. You will enjoy silence and privacy. The front of the house has a roofed patio area with sitting area and fire pit.
Extra guest fee after six guest is $25 per person
Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay

The driveway is approximately 1 mile long, driving through a forest with tall 80-foot-high oak trees providing excellent privacy and serenity.
Hunting on the property is permitted only with prior approval from the owner. Two deer stands are available for use.

Guests interested in hunting on the property must receive written approval from the owner before participation. The following guidelines apply:
• Fee: $50 per person, per day
• Capacity: Maximum of 2 hunters allowed per day
• Limit: One deer may be harvested per hunter, per day
• Harvesting Fee: $1 per pound based on dry weight
All hunters must comply with local regulations and safety standards. Approval is contingent upon signing a waiver and adhering to property rules. You can only hunt during the Tennessee hunting season periods.
