Classic Eureka Victorian, located within walking distance to cafes, shops and bus stops. Completely restored with all modern conveniences. Spacious Master bedroom that has private en suite bathroom with shower and tub . Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The space
The rooms have lots of light and includes a queen size bed with dresser and walk in closet. Plenty of space in the bathroom as well. This home has many great features such as a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining room, living room with double-sided fireplace. The kitchen area leads to a fully fenced back yard with landscaping and landscaped front yard. Washer and dryer are available. The house is very quiet and the neighborhood is calm. Off-street parking is available.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Open and Close Front Door: Please use the keypad on the front door. To close the door, just pull the door shut.
Dishes: Please wash and put your dishes away at the end of your stay. If you decide to use the dishwasher, please use the normal cycle and press "on". The dishwasher tablets are under the sink.
Garbage & Recycling: Please place your trash and recycling in the appropriate bins in the kitchen. Please do not put trash outside or on the porch, We will remove your garbage at the end of your stay
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside the house. Please use the outside areas for smoking such as the backyard and front yard.
Please remove your shoes upon entering the carpeted areas to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all. The bedrooms have white/cream carpets
Please be conscious of water and heating used. The house is warm and on the 2nd floor. For heater, use the top thermostat. Move the off switch to heat

Our family visited Eureka/Redwood National Park for spring break and picked their Victorian as home base. Why pick boring when you can stay in a colorful, funky old place? Everyone in our family enjoyed the stay, including my daughter’s cat.
