The property was in a good location for touring the Redwood parks. It worked well for our group of 6 adults. The property is older but served us well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious house with a large yard in a lovely neighborhood. All of the bedrooms were large with comfy beds and plenty of storage space. We also used the game room as a sleeping space. I appreciate that there were plenty of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, etc. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing deer. It was just a short drive to stores, restaurants and the university. Thank you for letting us rent this house.

Clean rooms large house. I felt it wasn't as well stocked as said. No dishwasher soap, 1 sponge, 2 hand towels. No book for check in information. Last eve we got text had to wash load before we left. 4 beds 8 people towels.great location.i felt communication was Ai generated. Yard beautiful

The property is quite lovely..the inside needs some care, new blinds in some rooms, Remote for skylights doesn’t work, front door code is very difficult to get to open. Positioning of living room furniture not conducive to watching tv or sit and relax.

This COULD be an amazing rental. However, nothing has been updated for many years. Do not let the listing fool you there is NO ocean view. Maybe if you got on the roof lol This is an old unique house and there is a lot that is outdated. We had to have the maintenance person come and fix a toilet and shower. The beds were comfortable but there is no air conditioning in the house so when we arrived it was 82 degrees and very uncomfortable. We had to leave all the windows open which made us a little uneasy on safety. The “game” room is either missing parts or broken things, the basketballs were all flat, there was no tennis balls so a lot of the “game” stuff was unusable. As far as the stay, the host get the cheapest paper towels and toilet paper. The washer is full of mold. The master shower does not have a door so the mat is soaking wet after you use it. Overall, I don’t know that I would stay here again but it fit how many people we had.

Quiet, safe and spacious

We loved the location, beautiful quiet neighborhood. Large rooms, the outside kitchen is an extra bonus. The kids loved playing tennis after dinner.

Great place to stay on the hill

Great house for two or three families to share with plenty of room. We loved all of the outdoor space including the deck, tennis court, and gazebo. Would definitely stay here again.
