All garbage, trash, bottles, cans etc. must be placed in the same tied plastic bag and deposited in the garbage bins next to the garage you can see from the kitchen window.
Make sure to return the keys to the lockbox and change the code.
Turn off heat. Turn the thermostat off if it is below 75 degrees outside.In summer turn A/C to 80.
