We stayed here in Crown Heights to attend a wedding in another part of town. All rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and spacious for our needs. Beds, linens and furniture were very comfy. One bedroom room has a noisy air conditioner. They came over almost instantly to help but it probably needs a new unit. The next room was available but my family is very tall and were happy to stay in their room perhaps due to a King sized bed, and they were fine with the AC turned off once the room was cool. The AC was valuable and cooled each room down very well. They responded immediately to any and all requests related to the condo. Ride-shares were able to find us, take us all over town, and deliver us back easily. We did not check out the subway. My sister walked to a little market close by to buy yogurt, fruit and Jamaican bread- all perfect and enjoyable. We used uber eats on the last night to order in Halal and it was delicious! Delivery was free! I would stay there again.

The rental was very clean and the accommodations comfortable. I was mislead about exactly where the rental was - I asked for the cross streets of the property and I was given inaccurate information - the location was a mile farther away from the Brooklyn Museum and Gardens that we had planned to walk to. Our range did not ever work, the hot water stopped working as did the WiFi. Eli promptly sent someone out, however, a burst pipe under the house made it necessary for us to move to a different location which he provided. I asked to be called to discuss how to move to the new location, but he messaged me to say to talk to the maintenance man who was at our rental. The new location was perfectly acceptable but it was not fun packing up and moving in the middle of our vacation.

The place was beautiful. The interior are as depicted in the photos. This was 5-6 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Host was responsive leading up to, and during our stay.
