This newly remodeled 1st floor, 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is 1 mile (easy walking distance) to the Grove, Vaught Hemingway, and Swayze Field. Includes all new furniture and amenities, a fully stocked kitchen, full size washer/dryer, high speed internet (work virtually!), and outdoor patio. It has everything we want when visiting our Ole Miss student!

The complex includes a 24 hour fitness center and access to all leisure areas: pool, basketball courts, grill, outdoor pavilion w/TV, horseshoe, shuffleboard, and plenty of green space.
Featuring all-new furnishings and modern amenities. Whether you're here to visit your Ole Miss student or to experience a game day weekend, this condo has everything we look for when visiting Oxford—and we think you'll love it too!
