This property is dog friendly, so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 20lbs or less allowed - must be pre-approved. Pet fee is non-refundable & taxable. If you are booking onAirbnb~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking, as it will not be included in the total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge of up to $500 and will be asked to vacate without a refund.
