Community is great, pool, gym and everything is very clean. House is very nice, 3rd bed is a small pullout/futon, primary has a king bed and a separate full washroom.

These guests lied to avoid paying extra fees; they brought a pet and let an additional person into the house without notice—something I discovered via the security cameras, as it wasn't in the rental agreement. I informed them of the cost for doing so, and they said they wouldn't proceed but the lied and did. Be careful, as they also throw parties and leave the property dirty and damaged.

The house was immaculate and comfortable, the host was incredibly responsive. The location was roughly 15 minutes from where I needed to be, and there were plenty of restaurants in the area and delivery to the house was a breeze. I had access to the garage, which made me feel comfortable about my rental and although I did not use the gym, I did walk down there and was able to access it. It was just very busy at the times that I went down to see it. The temperature was roughly 40 outside, which is certainly not the host’s fault, but if it was much warmer, I would’ve used the pool which looked fantastic. Overall, this was one of the best Vrbo experiences I’ve had, and if I have to travel back to Plant city I will definitely look to stay at this place again.
