I’m fairly new to Houston and I utilized Carlos’s property for 3 weeks while I hunted for an apartment. As a single, female traveler, safety is of utmost importance, and Carlos and his property provided that 100% percent! Carlos is an amazing host! He was very welcoming and he responded to anything that I needed quickly. The home is located in a convenient location, which makes it easier to get around Houston. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

I came to visit the HCU campus, and this place was very convenient and affordable. The location made getting to campus quick and easy, which was exactly what I needed. The space had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, and it was clean and well organized. I also felt safe. The host was also very easy to contact and answered all of my questions quickly and clearly. I would definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.
