Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom villa in Haines City. Steps away from the heated community pool. This villa has a huge screened in lanai for you to relax in comfort. The space features two brand new queen beds, perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each with a refreshing shower. A handy hair dryer is available. Stay cool or cozy with AC and heating throughout the villa plus an electric fireplace to take the chill off of cool mornings and add ambience to the villa. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or just hanging out, this fantastic villa offers a nice balance of comfort and convenience. A coffee bar with Keurig coffee machine is available. We hope you enjoy what our place and Haines City has to offer. We have 2024 front loading washing machine and dryer in our villa. Ground floor end unit Villa with zero stairs and close to pool, pickleball and parking (just steps away.) Shopping and dining is minutes away on main highway. Located near Bok Towers, Legoland and Peppa Pig theme parks and many more destinations. Lots of interesting shops, restaurants and destinations within 15 minutes. Located on Lake Marion with Golf nearby. Aspenwood is part of the Grenelefe properties.

Close all blinds and curtains and shut and lock all doors before departing

Love to visit Florida but we aren’t at retirement age yet to stay very long. Looking for some winter snowbirds possibly to enjoy our property when we can’t, unfortunately.
Why they chose this property
At Aspenwood you are living in a neighborhood, not a busy resort. Minutes away from the hustle and bustle of traffic of Florida. Aspen is quiet and calm. With pool and pickleball/ tennis courts - it has everything. Taking a walk daily is relaxing.
What makes this property unique
The villa has a giant screened in lanai where you can stretch out and relax and be outside without the sun beating down on you or bugs. Many rentals have a small outdoor area, not this one. It’s huge. Plus the pool and courts are super close. Villa is on the ground floor and is an end unit. No neighbors above. We love the Villa layout and our own front loading washer and dryer. It has everything we need. We hope you enjoy.
