Yucalpeten Marina Resort units bring in the freshness of the Ocean and the easy, seaside vibe of the Marina. This elegant and very spacious condo offers a KS bed, two Twin beds, an attractive and homey living area perfect for family or friends, an L-shaped terrace offering both sunset and sunrise views, and all the space you'll want for an airy, sunny, breezy, relaxing sanctuary in the ever-busy Nueva Yucalpeten, the new suburb located West side of Progreso.
***IMPORTANT TO NOTE*** The 2 towers of the Complex, Sotavento and Barlovento are totally completed. However, there is a third tower next to the Complex, undergoing finishing construction works. It is supposed to be completed by April, 2026. Also, the Beach Club and the whole beach are being remodelled at present. There might be noise during the working hours and days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The Complex offers all amenities of a 5 stars beachfront resort, among which: kids only pools, infinity pool wit mixt use, adults only rooftop pool with staffed bar, a large restaurant with an accommodating bar, gym, SPA with Turkish sauna, Business Centre, Junior's Club with table tennis, arcade games and billiard, Kid´s Club with a theatre, Padel courts.
We recommend our guests to stop-by the Concierge's Office and ask about all the amenities.
