Enjoy a cozy experience at this lower duplex, centrally-located in Milwaukee, with easy access to the interstate & public transportation. Kitchen begs you to prepare a great snack or an elaborate feast. Additional features include a dishwasher, great closet space, big windows to let sun in, USB charging ports, & blackout curtains in bedrooms. This is a 2 BR lower of a duplex. The whole flat has hardwood or tile floors. The master has a queen size bed, the 2nd BR has a double bed. Clean bedding is provided along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow dryer, etc. I want you to feel like you are at home when you are here. There is a private, fenced-in back yard, which is great for children/pets (shared with the upper unit). One parking space for a small to medium size car in garage. Up the street from the Hank Aaron Trail (14-mile paved trail for walking, running, and biking). This cozy home is perfect for traveling professionals and short stays alike.

Why they chose this property
I love that we are centrally located and nearby State Fair Park, the Milwaukee County Zoo, many theaters, parks, museums, restaurants and coffee shops. We are only 20 minutes from the lakefront of Lake Michigan. I also love that we are up the street from the Hank, Aaron State Trail, which is a 14 mile paved trail for walking, Running, and biking.
What makes this property unique
The lower unit has a dishwasher! And the kitchen has a lot of counter space. It’s a perfect destination for someone who likes to cook.
