The Point is a gated community in Playa Avellanas made up of 27 modern villas across four distinct sections, each with its own pool. Villa #1 is one of 10 homes in Community A, located just steps from the shared pool. Built in 2021, the villa features sleek architecture, an open layout, and floor-to-ceiling windows that create a bright, airy atmosphere. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, you’ll often hear howler monkeys and may spot scarlet macaws. The guest room includes a dedicated workspace—perfect for remote work.

You will have access to the entire house as well as the common areas (pool, bbq)

Steve and team can be reached through the booking app or by cell phone during the hours of 8:00AM to 8:00PM (CR time). For after hours onsite emergencies, please contact the front gate security staff - available 24/7. For all medical emergencies, call 911.

Getting around Playa Avellanas is easiest with a car, and we highly recommend a 4x4—especially during the rainy season. To access the beach, simply drive down to Lola’s and use the designated parking area just steps from the sand.

Important Note: In Costa Rica, toilet paper should not be flushed. Each bathroom is equipped with a small trash bin next to the toilet—please use it for all toilet paper to help keep the plumbing running smoothly and ensure a pleasant stay.
Please no flushing toilet paper (or sanitary products) down the toilet. Plumbing in Costa Rica is not designed to handle toilet paper.
