Great quiet place in a beautiful neighborhood. We went out to visit our son at college for a week and didn’t want a hotel. We arrived on Easter Sunday and there was a treat basket of Easter candy in the kitchen. When I reached out to the host even on Easter she replied in minutes. All the rooms were clean and the layout was perfect for us. The main bedroom was on the first floor so no stairs for us. Living room was comfy with an electric fireplace and a tv. Couches were comfy we watched tv every night. A great family friendly neighborhood we walked almost every evening. And it is close to everything even our son’s college. You won’t be disappointed. We will be back next time we visit our son at school.

The location is in a great neighborhood, which we enjoyed for walking. The home has the potential to be a great option however there are some things that need to be fixed. The microwave door is falling off so we were not comfortable using it. Several pieces of silverware were in the drawer were dirty with food particles on them. The pan we used for cooking breakfast had to be washed. The tile floors in the kitchen were not swept or mopped, which we cleaned when we got there. The master showerhead needs cleaned or replaced, it just drips water, so we used the shower upstairs. Overall, the place just needs a good cleaning, and repairs need to be taken care of. Noticed on the morning of checkout when I grabbed a pod to run the dishwasher that the sink leaks and there was a bowl under the cabinet to catch the water. It appeared the garbage disposal was leaking as well. There is a new washer/dryer that wasn't turned on but the host did offer to come and do it, but we just opted to wash clothes at my son's house. The living space is nice and very comfortable furniture. This could be a wonderful vacation rental with a little TLC.
