A great space for a family looking to explore the wild beauties of the Northern California Coast, this recently updated ranch style home has been thoroughly renovated. The kitchen features state of the art stainless steel appliances with a large fridge, gas cooktop and wall oven.



After a day spent on nearby Glass Beach, your family can roast marshmallows around the firepit, and BBQ well into the evening at this secluded private space. The living room features a 75 inch TV with streaming capabilities, an electric and gas fireplace to warm your toes, while you lay back on the large plush couch enough room for the whole family. There is an additional 65 inch Roku TV in the primary bedroom.



The perfect blend of seclusion and convenience, this home sits 3 miles northeast of downtown Fort Bragg, where you can grab a beer at the North Coast Brewing Taproom, hop on board the Skunk Train for a ride through the redwoods or take a tour on one of their famous Railbikes.



The sandy stretch of Pudding Creek Beach is only a mile west, and MacKerricher State Park awaits three miles up the coast. The region's beauty is also on full display at the Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens (five miles south) and in the charming art galleries and restaurants in downtown Mendocino (13 miles south).



Things to know, please note you must be 21 years or older to rent this property. The primary heat for this home is the gas fireplace located in the living room and there is a space heater located in each bedroom of the home. Enjoy Starlink wi-fi at the home to stay connected.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and well cared for, and it felt easy to settle in right away. Kitchen was well stocked and super spacious. The host was very responsive and communicative, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience and a place we’d gladly return to.

The Orchard Hill home is a great place to stay. It was clean and had everything we needed, well stocked home. The house is centrally located with a quick drive into Fort Bragg. The home has been newly remodeled, updated kitchen and bathrooms. The only heat source is the gas fire place. Plan accordingly. Even with all the rain we had the home stayed warm. Great size yard in front and back. Not listed is the couch is a pull out bed.
