Arrival Instructions:

While check-in is fully contactless, you must enter through the Penn Estates main gate to receive your access passes.

Please do not use the home address for navigation, as GPS may direct you to a private, unmanned entrance. The correct main gate address will be shared after booking.

Best Way to Travel: A car is highly recommended for getting around, as public transportation is limited in the area.

Community Access: Be sure to stop at the community center first before heading to the home. Use 239 Fox Farm Rd, Clifton Township, PA 18424 for navigation instead of the house address to avoid gate access issues.

Parking: Free parking is available at the property for 4 vehicles.

Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited availability, especially in the evenings or during off-peak seasons.

Local Exploration: The community is walkable, and bikes can be a great way to explore nearby lakes, trails, and amenities.

Cozy Mountain Cabin is located within the private, amenity-rich Penn Estates community. To help ensure a relaxing and respectful environment for all guests and residents, please review the following:

Guest Registration: All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Access will only be granted to those on the approved guest list.

Parking: Parking is permitted in the driveway only. Street parking is not allowed within the community.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

Amenity Access: Optional access to pools, lake, tennis courts, and more is available for $10 per person per day (up to 8 guests). Seasonal availability may vary.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but please avoid smoking near doors or windows.

Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior approval and an additional fee.

Security: As a gated community, only registered guests will be allowed entry by the gatehouse staff.
