We are seeking a roommate to join us in a cozy house with hardwood floors, high ceilings, and large windows. Current occupants include a male amazon worker and grad student.

The room comes with a door lock, wifi, and space heater. Utilities, internet, and coin laundry are included.

The location is ideal, situated near Syracuse University, Westcott St, the hospitals, the highway, and Thornden Park.
