We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great with lots of good food and things to do nearby. The back deck was such a nice spot to sit with my morning coffee, and the backyard had enough space for my boys to play hacky sack and hang out.We had a little mishap with the door code due to a miscommunication between my husband and me, but Kellie was incredibly prompt and helpful getting us back in. She was kind throughout the whole interaction, and I never once felt like a nuisance bothering her.The kitchen was spacious, and we especially loved having the downstairs area .. it worked perfectly for our family with 3 kids. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and blankets, which we appreciated. The only things I would note are that I’m a pretty light sleeper, and the morning sun comes in bright on the side of the house where the two main-floor bedrooms are, so next time I’d probably choose the downstairs bedroom instead. Also, we’re big coffee drinkers, so a larger coffee pot would’ve been nice, and we did notice a few dishes that had been put away didn’t seem completely clean.Overall though, we had a great visit and would absolutely recommend this others!

Hi Felicia, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, and I'm so glad you enjoyed the location, the backyard, the spacious kitchen, and the separate downstairs living area. It's wonderful to hear that everyone had room to relax and that the beds and extra linens made your stay comfortable.
I'm also happy I was able to quickly help when the door code mix-up happened. My goal is always to make sure guests feel supported throughout their stay.
I truly appreciate your helpful feedback as well. Since your visit, I've upgraded to a larger coffee maker to better accommodate guests who enjoy multiple cups or are traveling with larger groups. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds, and I also provide sound machines to help create a restful sleeping environment for light sleepers. I'll also be following up with my cleaning team regarding the dishes you mentioned to ensure everything is thoroughly checked before each guest arrives.
Thank you again for staying with us and for your thoughtful review. I hope we have the opportunity to welcome you and your family back on your next visit to Spokane!
Overall our stay was very pleasant. The house was clean and comfortable for our party of 6 plus dog. Kellie was very kind and quick with communication. Good location and nice neighborhood. We will keep this place in our back pocket for our next trip to the area.
Great house, great space with all the bedrooms. Basement was our favorite area as well as back patio! Host was kind enough to allow us to check in early.
