Nestled in The Villages, this beautiful courtyard villa offers a tranquil retreat for guests seeking comfort and ease. Inside, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with a sitting chair and queen bed, perfect for a restful night. The bathroom features a refreshing shower and a sunny den to relax or watch tv. You'll have access to kitchen and laundry use. There is also a large garage for your vehicle and you’ll have a private entrance. Out back in the courtyard is a bbq grill, fire pit to use and a private sitting area outside in the garden setting. This is a courtyard villa so you have total privacy. You will be sharing your stay with just me and my Maine Coon cat. Guest passes will be ready for your stay. The pool and polo field are within walking distance, or spend time evenings at towns squares enjoying the music every night. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this fantastic spot provides a peaceful home base. Make your vacation one for the books with a stay at my place.
