This beautifully designed house has its own private lake access and dock right below the property. Inside, you’ll be welcomed into a beautiful peaked-roof great area with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to the lake and mountains, plus three comfortable bedrooms and three nicely stocked bathrooms. In this cabin you’ll immediately be welcomed into a large great room with floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing views of the lake and mountains. Here you’ll find two comfortable couches, a dining table for meals or game nights, free Wi-Fi, and a smart TV for all your streaming needs.

The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you might need to cook a great meal. Stay cozy with central heating and additional portable tower heaters, and in the hot summer months enjoy portable air conditioning units to keep you cool.

When you’re ready to head outside, relax on the spacious deck overlooking the lake, complete with outdoor seating and a grill for your use. From there, take the well-maintained staircase down to your private dock, where you can swim or take out the kayaks we provide. We also offer an alternative downhill walking path to the dock if you prefer.

Take the well-maintained staircase down to your own private dock, where we provide kayaks for you to explore the lake. Please note: it’s a decent number of stairs, but well worth it once you’re on the water. Alternatively, there is a zigzag sloped walking path that also leads down to the lake if you prefer a gradual walk.

Any violations of these rules will result in penalties and additional charges.

QUIET Hours: -- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood during these hours.

OUTSIDE VISITORS -- We kindly ask that you let us know in advance about any additional guests or visitors. This helps us maintain the safety, privacy, and peaceful atmosphere of the property.

Use of the stairs, hillside path, dock, kayaks, and lake is at your own risk. By booking, you and your guests agree to assume all responsibility for your own safety and the safety of any children in your group. Children must be supervised at all times near the stairs, dock, and water, and life jackets are strongly recommended when using the kayaks or swimming. The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur on the stairs, dock, kayaks, or in/around the lake.
