This 3 bed, 2 bath home is in a prime location, less than a 10 minute walk to Hilton, Jack Trice, and the new CyTown development. Perfect for game days, events, family trips, or a just weekend in Ames. Enjoy the cozy living room perfect for relaxing or watching the game as well as the kitchen and dining area to prepare or eat dinner. Upstairs, guests will find a pleasant mix of sleeping options, including a queen bed, two full beds, and a cozy bunk bed. Backyard is a nice, large fenced in area perfect for enjoying time outside when weather permits. Driveway is big enough for 2-3 cars to park, street parking also available on first come, first serve basis.

Great location for Cyclone events! Walked 5 minutes to Hilton Coliseum for a basketball game! Ample room downstairs and up! Would definitely stay again while visiting Ames.

Perfect location with proximity to ISU campus and walking distance to Hilton coliseum and Jack Trice Stadium. It's an older home with creaky steps and worn hard wood floors but it was clean and comfortable. The host, Becca, was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to all questions and request. Hope to return again!
