If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.

• The apartment is in a timeshare property, and the Pictures are from a typical unit. There are multiple units of this type, and the property management company assigns the exact unit at check-in.
• Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.
• Some of the units are on the second floor, and stairs are required.
• This is a multi-building property. Your unit is in a residential building, while shared amenities like the game room and gym are located in the main building for all guests.
• This is a timeshare property, but presentations are completely optional. If approached, feel free to decline.
