Guests in Unit A have full access to the shared laundry area located on the back porch of Unit A, with:

Pet-Friendly
Unit A welcomes dogs under 40 lbs.
Per House Rules (page 4):
Pets must be crated when left alone.
There is no fenced yard — bring a leash.
Excess wear may incur additional charges.
Flagler Beach is dog-friendly outside the main pier area (Beach Access page 10).

Parking
Unit A guests may park in the brick driveway, up to 2 vehicles.
