Nestled right on the banks of the Connecticut River with direct trail access, you’ll be centrally located between the charming towns of Colebrook and Pittsburgh right off Rt.3 and a short drive from beautiful Coaticook in Quebec, and its oldest and most famous dairy, "Laiterie de Coaticook" serving best ice cream in Quebec

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave bathroom door open (use door stopper) so heat and air-conditioning can circulate. No pets on beds or furniture, use provided pet cot/blankets. Remove all pet fur/hair before check out.
Turn heat down to 60F during winter and turn off mini-split (Air-Conditioner) before checking out.
Leave all trash in trash cans (kitchen, bathroom & bedrooms) close lids. We will empty trash.
Leave the inside entry door (mud room to living room) closed but UNLOCKED.
No shoes in the cabin, place them on the boot rack in the mud-room. If you need to enter with shoes use provided shoe covers
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
