Home was exactly as advertised. The music room was so much fun as we have grandchildren who love to play and sing! That was if we could get them out of the theater room. The pool was perfect and well maintained. Communication with the property owner was prompt but our entire stay was trouble free. We will be back!!

Definitely a big part of why we love to host… We love seeing our guest be happy and make memories that last lifetime!

Why they chose this property

Storey Lake was a perfect answer to the question… Is there a short-term rental community that is on the East side of the parks allowing for easier access and less time to get to Disney or Universal, that is designed with the family in mind when it comes to amenities with houses that allow for big groups, beautiful settings, and modern design?

What makes this property unique

There is lots of competition out there when it comes to short term rental properties in Kissimmee. However, we used to own on the other side of Disney, which, even though it both being 7 miles from the parks, it can take you up to 45 minutes to drive it because of the traffic. Storey Lake is on the east side. It is not only closer, it literally takes 15 minutes to be in the parking lot of Magic Kingdom. The traffic is much less and so is the stress. Also, we were looking for a place that could comfortably house a large group and provide a footprint that was not only a smart design, but offered a picturesque setting… and the cool amenities were quite a plus! You really do feel like you’re staying in a resort.
And the house itself allowed for a unique design that could be transformed into a magical experience. We wanted to create an atmosphere that provided families or groups to have a great time together. Instead of offering individual thrills to kids, we tried to appeal to all age groups having a good time together. Many of our previous guests have said that they wished that they have carved out more time to just experienced the house.
So whether it’s in the theater, on the karaoke stage, are hanging out on the private back lanai, Houz of Bluz offers our guests the opportunity to make memories that will last a lifetime!
