🔊 Noise and Hot Tub Usage Regulations

- During quiet hours, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, hot tub use is forbidden
- No loud music or excessive noise
- Occupancy, hot tub use, and noise are closely monitored and regulated
- Non-compliance may result in a $2,000 fine

🚫 General Restrictions:

- No parties or gatherings allowed at any time.
- No smoking inside the property.
- Minimum Age requirement to book: 25

🌨️ Snow Removal and Access: With significant fresh snow, we clear the driveway, hot tub deck, and roof to prevent ice buildup and ensure everything stays safe and enjoyable for you. Our licensed snow professional will need access to the hot tub deck the day after fresh snow. He is very kind and respectful.

🐻 BEARS: During your stay, please be aware that Lake Tahoe is home to bears. Food and trash must go into the brown Bear Box by the garage after your stay. Recyclables must be cleansed of food before placing into the blue bins because bears will knock them over to rummage for anything that has a scent. Follow local guidelines to avoid encounters.

❄️🌲 🚲 To help keep our Tahoe cabin peaceful and welcoming for everyone, please note:

Please close the cover when the hot tub is not in use to keep debris out, and keep food and drinks away from the water. If the tub requires a deep clean or drain/refill due to misuse, an additional $300 maintenance fee may apply.

––– BBQ Grill / Smoker –––

If you use the BBQ, please clean the grates after use. Cleaning tools are provided.

––– Checkout –––

Checkout is 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $200 fee due to cleaning and turnover needs. Please ask in advance if you need extra time.

––– Quiet Hours –––

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep doors and windows closed during this time. Hot tub use is not permitted during quiet hours. Non-compliance may result in a $2,000 fine.
