Group and Family-friendly townhouse that’s centrally located - minutes to casinos, downtown and amazing restaurants and sightseeing in and near Reno. Each bedroom has its own separate bathroom for privacy, and the living room / den on the ground floor with a sectional sofa that can be converted into a queen bed or even 2 doubles, and there is a half-bath downstairs as well. Everything is renovated and modern, ready for a weekend getaway or a longer term stay as a home away from home! The space This is a 2 bed 2.5 bath townhouse with a garage converted into a den.
2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms inside the rooms for privacy, and a living room den with a den door and a sofa that converts into a queen bed.
It’s recently renovated and painted, has a patio and a full kitchen for those who like to cook, and a 6-person dining table.
We also have board games to keep guests entertained in case of bad weather!
There is 1 designated parking spot but there is ample street parking and a huge parking lot at the tennis courts across the street (see my attempt at google earth in the photos)
If you have a family we do have baby gates available and a pack and play upon request! Guest access You have entire access to the house with the exception of a small storage closet where we keep our cleaning supplies. The townhome was super clean and comfortable. It was very welcoming and there was great care in making sure we had all we need. Especially coffee! The host was fantastic and went over and above helping me with directions to the VRBO and in relation to our wedding venue. We will hope to stay again in the future.

The condo was great. Obviously recently upgraded. The owners provided everything we needed, with nice quality everything (including paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, shampoo etc.). The parking in front was extremely convenient and the owners communicated promptly with any questions. Would definitely stay their again!
We had a wonderful stay in Reno and the setup of this townhouse was perfect for two colleagues travel in for a conference! Karen has thought of everything, is an excellent communicator, and her food recommendations were absolutely perfect!
This Home was cute, cozy and very comfortable. The location made it easy access to all the hot spots. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The Home had everything you needed. What made it more memorable was the thoughtful suggestions, friendly and welcoming attention from the host, Karen,
