A cozy nook serves as the perfect spot for a meal or to catch up on emails at the dedicated workspace. After a day of exploring, unwind on your private outdoor patio and soak up the California sun. For your entertainment and comfort, the studio includes a Smart TV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heat.
Important Information
Flight Path: Please note that our home, like many in this central downtown area, is located under the airport flight path. While you may hear air traffic, departures are prohibited between 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM.
Upstairs Unit: The studio is a completely private and separate unit on the ground floor. There is a rental in the unit upstairs.

The Neighborhood:
This studio is in the desired area of Little Italy, a chic, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood, packed with trendy cocktail bars, brewpubs and restaurants with bustling patios. Upscale clothing boutiques, indie music venues and quaint piazzas dot the area, while the weekly Little Italy Mercato Farmers’ Market draws crowds to its mix of produce, gourmet food and craft stalls. The green lawns of Waterfront Park have fountains, and offer views of the bay. You do have to walk one block under the underpass to get to Little Italy. Bankers Hill with more bars and restaurants is a short walk up the hill near Balboa Park
Minutes to the airport, short 15 minute drive to Pacific Beach & Coronado. 1/2 mile from Balboa Park.
**Please note this studio is under the flight path and close to the freeway. Flights are prohibited from 11:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. The windows are double pane, but there is still noise throughout the day.
Getting Around:
The studio is on a cul-de-sac with plenty of free street parking. Residing in Little Italy, you can walk most places. The trolley is walking distance as well. Scooters and rideshare vehicles are always available.
