The Space:

This ground-floor, One-Bedroom studio is the perfect choice for small families or groups of up to 4 adults seeking comfort and a direct connection to the outdoors.



The bedroom features Two Queen Size Beds, guaranteeing optimal rest for everyone. It has a Full Bathroom with a bidet, a detail of superior comfort.



The modern Kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator and an induction cooktop, along with a functional Dining Area.



The highlight is its private Terrace, which allows direct access to the garden with a palapa and the shared Pool, ideal for supervising your group or simply enjoying the ease of an immediate dip.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to their private studio apartment. They can also enjoy the shared amenities, including the back garden with a swimming pool and palapa, and the rooftop with a sitting area, chairs, sun loungers, and a jacuzzi.



We handle Self-Check-In. This means that we give you an access code so that you can enter the accommodation at the time you want (within the established schedules), in order to facilitate your check-in and to avoid waiting, since we do not have permanent staff working in the accommodation. However, we will be available for anything you may need during your stay.

While the main tourist area of the town requires a pleasant bike ride or walk, this guarantees the serenity of our location. Enjoy the fusion of a fishing village with the comfort of sea proximity, with local restaurants and shops just minutes away.



Getting Around:

The best way to experience the beauty of Puerto Morelos and the warmth of its community is through a tranquil immersion. We are located 200 meters from the beach, a short and pleasant walk. The center and the tourist area, with its main restaurants and shops, are at a comfortable distance for a bike ride (use included in the rent). We encourage you to use our bicycles to move freely, enjoying the coastal scenery. If you prefer to drive, we have street parking available. You can also opt for local taxis or private transport services for longer distances or airport transfers. The location encourages slow, conscious movement.



Other Things to Note:

Remember that the use of bicycles is included. Please note that gas- or fire-based objects are not allowed.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay.
