This home is an exquisite 3-story, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath end unit that offers a rare blend of elegance and coastal comfort. Every inch of this home has been curated with elevated living in mind, featuring a grand private elevator and four breezy balconies that offer a seamless connection to the outdoors. Located just steps from the sparkling community pool, this home provides effortless access to refreshing dips while maintaining the peace and privacy of a premier retreat.


FLOOR-BY-FLOOR DESCRIPTION

First Floor
This level features two well-appointed bedrooms: a Primary Suite with a Queen bed and private en-suite bathroom, and a second Guest Bedroom with a Queen bed. Each room on this level offers private outdoor access and serene decor.

Second Floor
The upper level houses a luxurious King Primary Suite with a private en-suite bathroom, along with a guest bedroom featuring two Twin beds. Like the rest of the home, these rooms radiate pride of ownership with designer furnishings and private balcony access. It’s clear that no expense was spared in creating an experience that’s both luxurious and deeply welcoming.

Third Floor
The heart of the home features an open-concept gourmet kitchen, an expansive dining area, and a living space that includes a pool table for guest entertainment. A second living space—set up as a chic game room with an arcade machine—offers the perfect retreat for both adults and kids. A Queen sleeper sofa in the den provides additional sleeping space.

LINEN PACKAGE

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT

1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.


MISCELLANEOUS

-The maximum occupancy is 10 people.

-There is parking for 3 vehicles.

-No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.


DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX

This house was absolutely beautiful. It accommodated my family perfectly. The elevator was such a bonus, as I have back issues, and I did not have to climb steps, and no one had to lug luggage or groceries up to 3rd floor kitchen. The pool table was used a lot. So much fun. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious. Fridge was a little small for a family of 10, but the bar fridge came in handy for canned drinks, which gave us more room in fridge. The pool was literally right next to the house, so was very convenient. It would have been nice to have a bathroom at the pool. It appears there was one there at one time. Parking was very tricky for a house that accommodated 10 people, but we made do. One thing that is shown in the pictures is the playground behind the house. Although it says "onsite" playground, it was fenced off from Verandah Bay with no gate or opening to get over to it. The only way to access it from the house was to drive around to it. The traffic noise from Rt54 was loud in the morning from the Master bedroom, but you're getting up anyway, so it wasn't too disturbing. You really could not hear it from anywhere else in the house. Oh... and the Sunday night fireworks were awesome from the back deck. Verandah Bay is a beautiful home and we really enjoyed our stay.
