As a guest of El Encanto 821, you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community. Use of these amenities is subject to a daily resort fee, applicable throughout the duration of the stay.



Among the main benefits is access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, all located along beautiful beaches and offering restaurant service, available to vacation rental guests.



Additionally, the membership includes access to two world-class golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, both designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as the Tennis and Fitness Centers and more than four miles of scenic trails, ideal for walking or running throughout Punta Mita.

A $1,500 security deposit is required as a pre-authorization hold on guest’s credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees.

2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes.

It is not allowed to get on the couches with shoes.
