THE SPACE:
- The house is bright and open, featuring radiant floor heating throughout. Because we are on a one-acre lot, you have genuine privacy with views of the trees and mountains rather than neighbors.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT:
- Main Living: Open-concept area with a wood fireplace and views of the Tenmile Range.
- Movie Room: A dedicated cinema space with an 83-inch OLED TV.
- Kitchen: A chef-ready setup featuring a gas range and new appliances. All the cookware you need to prepare large family meals. We also provide a large Blackstone griddle on the patio—perfect for everything from breakfast pancakes to smash burgers.
- Outdoor Patio: Expansive deck, outdoor firepit and a ping pong table.
- Gym Equipment: Includes a Pilates reformer, stationary bike, free weights, and yoga mat.
- Steam Shower: Located in the primary ensuite, ideal for muscle recovery after skiing.
- Laundry: Two complete sets of washers and dryers, making it easy to keep ski gear and gym clothes fresh for the whole group.
BEDROOMS:
- Primary Suite: King bed, mountain views, ensuite bath with steam shower.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
- Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): Two Full beds and two Twin beds. This room is spacious enough for adults, but great for kids.
LOCATION:
- Located on County Road 1040, the property connects directly to the park system.
- To Town: 10-minute flat walk to Main Street restaurants and shops.
- To Groceries: 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Whole Foods/Safeway/Walmart.
- To Skiing: ~15 minutes to Copper, Breckenridge, and Keystone; ~30 minutes to Vail.
OTHER:
- Parking: available in the heated 2-car garage or on the large driveway.
- No Pets: We maintain strict allergy protocols and cannot allow pets of any kind.
- Cooling: Like most Summit County homes, we do not have A/C. We rely on the fresh mountain air to keep the house cool.
- Park Access: The frontyard leads directly into Walter Byron Park and nearby fishing in Ten Mile Creek or walking the rec path. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, the 1-acre yard, and the heated 2-car garage.
Please note the following areas are locked and reserved for owner storage:
- The home office.
- The kitchen pantry.
- A lock-off unit off the garage. This space is used for storage and will remain unoccupied during your stay unless we notify you otherwise.
For longer stays, guests may request access to these areas.
