Great Two bedroom ground floor unit is brand new, and set in the best part of Nuevo Vallarta. Large kitchen with island and modern appliances. Comfortable living room with windows on two sides. Comfortable patio furnishings, and all right next to the large outdoor swimming pool. There is a washer and dryer, and underground parking as well.

The property is set between the beach, and the canal with boat docks. Nearby are a variety of excellent restaurants, a shopping mall, beach access and a well
