As you step through the front door, your eyes go straight to the patio ahead and the stunning sea views from our top-floor condo. Climb one flight of stairs and you’re rewarded with front-row seats to the water — perfect for morning coffee, evening wine, sunset watching, or simply sitting back and taking it all in.

The living area is your space to unwind: challenge your travel companions to a board game, stream your favorite shows on the Smart 4K TV with guest access Roku, or catch up on emails over high-speed WiFi. A sofa bed here comfortably sleeps your second guest.
The uniquely designed bathroom brings a touch of beach ambience indoors, and basic amenities plus a first aid kit are on hand for your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just snacking — featuring a countertop stove (stored in the cabinet), refrigerator, microwave, French press coffee maker, and air fryer, with cabinets stocked with all the tableware you’ll need for home-cooked island meals.

A closet, dresser, and in-room safe give you plenty of space to settle in and keep your belongings secure.

When it’s time to unwind for the night, sink into the queen bed with cozy, comfortable bedding for a restful night’s sleep after a day at the beach.
You’ll have full access to the unit and the property’s shared spaces, including two pools, an on-site bar/restaurant, free parking, and on-site laundry. Beach towels, loungers, umbrella, a cooler, and pool toys are provided so you can head straight to the water without packing extra gear.

Just outside, Red Hook is minutes away with a variety of restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal for easy day trips to St. John and other nearby islands.
St. Thomas occasionally experiences island-wide power outages. During these times, an extension cord is available in the breezeway where you can run a portable high-speed fan and charge your devices. The community has also invested in a generator that is expected to come online in the near future, which should further minimize any disruption.
