You will not want to leave the beautiful newly renovated Arlington Manor in a quaint, quiet neighborhood near Reno's Midtown district. Offering modern amenities and a central location near local restaurants, shops and the Truckee River, it's the perfect choice to make vacation memories. We have something for everyone with a firepit, awesome Hot Tub, foosball, PacMan & office space. Bring family or friends and enjoy our 3bd/2bth house accommodating up to 10 guests (extra Guest fees apply).

This was a beautifully remodeled home. Everything we needed for our stay here was available. Hot tub was clean and great temp. Overall great stay and comfortable. The beds are on the extra firm side so we didn't sleep as well as we would have liked. Except for the traffic the neighborhood is quiet. There is a camera mounted above the back porch. That was disturbing and felt like an invasion of privacy.Beautiful home but they need to get rid of the camera.

Regarding the exterior camera, we want to clarify that all surveillance devices are fully disclosed in the listing prior to booking. The camera is mounted outside only, with no cameras inside the home, and is used strictly for the safety and security of the property, our homeowners, guests, and neighboring properties. During your stay, we did receive a neighbor complaint regarding noise and multiple vehicles parked near neighboring homes, which is one reason exterior monitoring is important for us. We always aim to balance guest privacy with maintaining a safe and respectful environment for the surrounding community. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience.

This place was easy for our family of four. The beds were super comfy. The door hardware was a bit awkward but that is mentioned beforehand as it is a well- kept older property. Overall we were pleased.
