This beautiful sea-front villa with a private freshwater pool is situated in Privlaka, a popular seaside town, 20 km SW of Zadar city. The villa enjoys a lovely location: it sits just a few meters from one of the best sandy beaches on the coast and overlooks the sea and a panoramic view of the islands. Stylishly decorated, it provides the perfect setting for a large family. On the ground floor are the living room with a TV, the dining area with large glass windows, and the kitchen with the sea view and bathroom. The first floor features a cozy bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the second floor there is the main bedroom with a bathroom and a terrace.
Next to the house there are 2 parking spaces. The house is completely covered with a WIFI signal.
Anyone seeking relaxation can spend happy hours in the garden, on the spacious terraces with sea views, or in the small swimming pool with a solar shower.
