Perfect home for a fun family get away. The location, amentities and space met every need. Great layout, fun games, comfortable beds and beautiful views. The home is sun filled and well taken care of. Thanks for opening your doors to host. The space was perfect and our family enjoyed a few nights together.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. Everything is very up to date. Our family really enjoyed the game room! We would definitely stay there again.

For our group of five retirees on motorcycles the house was perfect. Very large, six separate beds and spacious rooms with high ceilings. Recent full-house update so everything seems brand new, fully stocked and in its proper place. Outside is fairly private and road is not an issue. Four restaurants within 250 yards but walking is on grass shoulder of highway so be careful. Very quick drive.Host was excellent and greeted us and remained in contact. Thank you Jeannie and Terye.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and the amenities were above and beyond. It was beautifully decorated. Our family loves the game room and the way the bedrooms were laid out. The only con is the location. If it wasn’t for that, this would be our permanent vacation home. The host was great and we really enjoyed how close we were to everything!!!

Beautiful home and extremely clean, loved the hot tub and all the games in basement. The watch outs, are the add on fees for cleaning, almost have to take the insurance unless you want to roll the dice on a 2k deductible. Also, it sleeps 10 but if you originally put in for less people there are additional costs of 25 per day per person. There is a fee also for any visitors, plus the nuance of an additional contract that needs to be signed. Considering all that, now that I know all the caveats, I would still rent it again.

We also truly appreciate you saying that you would stay with us again. We did want to clarify a few of the items mentioned for future guests. While the home can accommodate up to 10 guests, the base rental rate covers up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 6, there is an additional guest fee of $25 per person, per night. This allows us to keep the base rate lower for smaller groups rather than charging every reservation the maximum occupancy rate. Visitor policies and applicable fees are also outlined in our rental agreement. Our cleaning fee reflects the level of cleaning and preparation required to maintain the home to the high standard you experienced during your stay. Unfortunately, past experiences with properties being left in extremely poor condition have made thorough professional cleaning and protection especially important. The damage protection is also intended to protect both our guests and the property should an accidental incident occur during a stay, rather than leaving either party responsible for a potentially significant unexpected expense. We understand there are several details involved when renting a vacation home, which is why we provide a rental agreement outlining the policies and fees so guests can review them. We appreciate your feedback and would definitely welcome your return.
