The Space:

SaLarena is set on the first floor of a four-level building and it welcomes you to a homey, fully air-conditioned space that perfectly connects the living room, dining area and kitchen in an open concept layout and will have you excited for what's to come during your stay.



LIVING AREA



Thoughtfully designed and equipped to provide comfort, convenience and entertainment. The living room accommodates the entire group and features a large screen Smart TV with all of the channels, movies, documents and series you can imagine. A great amenity for sports enthusiasts, family movie nights and so much more!



You will also find fun board games for game night with family and friends.



KITCHEN



Family gatherings require great meals and great meals should be prepared on fully equipped kitchens. Stove, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster and so much more to prepare the family favorite meal.



DINING AREA



The dining area accommodates 6 guests in a round table for 4 and counter stools for 2, adjacent to each other and conveniently next to the kitchen.



BEDROOMS



Three thoughtfully bedrooms, designed to evoke comfort and restful evenings. Each bedroom sleeps up to two guests on a dreamy queen-size bed and offer AC, closet space and blackout shades. The master and second bedrooms also feature TVs for entertainment.



BATHS



The apartment has 2 full bathrooms. One is privately attached to the master bedroom and the other bathroom is set between the second and third bedrooms, each with a bathtub/shower and equipped with bath towels, hand towels, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the start of your stay.



We do not provide wash cloths due to hygiene purposes.



BALCONY



The private balcony faces the back side of the building and connects the group to nature. Furnished with an outdoor dining table that sits four guests. Perfect for after the beach/pool meals!

Guest Access:

Guests have access to all amenities inside of Villas del Mar Beach Resort, including the beautiful beach with private access, two large pools with lounge chairs and shallow areas for children, a community gym, tennis and basketball courts.



IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION



Guests must provide all the first and last names of people in their party upon confirmation of the reservation. Guests included on the list will be able to access and check-in on the property.



Other Things to Note:

ACCESSIBILITY



The property has NO stairs or steps that lead from the parking area to the apartment or inside of the property. One of our assigned parking spaces has a disability ramp right next to it.



NO PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS



Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as a driver's license or a state ID card.
