Desde el primer día no hubo agua, y aunque el host lo solucionó al día siguiente, nuevamente no hubo agua porque había fugas de agua en la casa. Eso nos llevó a tener que pagar noches de hotel, pues nosotros solo veníamos al hospital con mis abuelos. Ajeno a eso, nuevamente se resolvió, pero para el 3er día la secadora no funcionaba (al host se le olvidó mencionar que hay que cerrarlo un poco más fuerte, aunque el técnico le notificó que ese era el problema con el cliente anterior). Nos dejaron Shampoo como para un día, no había jabón en los lavabos, así que todo eso tuvimos que comprarlo. El host contestó durante los primeros dos días, pero para la secadora no dio seguimiento. Sugirió un reembolso que una semana después de salir aún no me llega la confirmación, y aparte es parcial a las noches que me afectaron, y aunque lo veo como algo de buena fe, no es la experiencia que una persona busca en una estancia de urgencia. Hay mucho que mejorar, pero la zona es muy tranquila.
